Bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 80, Miscellaneous Service Charge Bylaw
A bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 80, being the “Miscellaneous Service Charge Bylaw”.
The Trustees of the Sointula Waterworks Improvement District ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the improvement district’s Bylaw No.80 passed by the Trustees on the 8th day of September, 2009, is hereby amended by deleting Section d thereof and substituting the following:
d) A charge equal to that imposed by the applicable financial institution is levied for each time a cheque is processed in payment of an account with the improvement district which does not clear the payer’s account due to insufficient funds.
2. This bylaw may be cited as the “Bylaw No. 87 Amending Bylaw”.
